What is “Guided Meditation”?

Guided mediation takes one or several people on an inner journey. It is said that the inner world is as least as large as the outer world or universe so there is much to explore.

During the process of guided meditation I will take you on a safe inner journey to explore different parts or aspects of this inner world. Very often we are not consciously aware of this part of us.

This process allows an expansion of consciousness, making the unconscious conscious. This process is enriching and can bring joy and wonder into your life.
